Based in Goldsithney near Penzance, we work with homeowners across the whole county — from the Lizard to the Tamar, coast to coast.
Local knowledge
Cornish sites have their own rules.
Conservation areas, AONB designations, listed structures, exposed coastal sites, tight village lanes — Cornwall is full of beautiful complications. Years of working here means we know how to design with them, not against them.
We regularly liaise with Cornwall Council planning officers and understand what's likely to gain consent in your particular parish.
