- Is the first visit really free?
- Yes — genuinely no cost, no obligation, no upsell on the doorstep. We meet you at your property anywhere in Cornwall, measure up, talk through what works on your plot and follow up with a written feasibility note inside a week. If we're not the right studio for the project, we'll say so.
- What happens on the first visit?
- We walk the site with you, take outline measurements, photograph constraints, check planning designations (Conservation Area, AONB, listed status, tree preservation orders) and discuss what's likely to be achievable. Allow 60–90 minutes. You leave with a clear sense of what's possible.
- What do I get afterwards?
- A written feasibility note inside one week: outline scheme options, planning route (permitted development vs full application), budget range, programme and a fixed-fee proposal for the next stage. No drip fees, no surprises.
- Where in Cornwall do you cover?
- All of it. The studio is in Penzance and we visit weekly across Penzance, St Ives, Hayle, Helston, Falmouth, Truro, Newquay, St Austell, Wadebridge, Padstow, Bude, Liskeard, Saltash and every village in between.
- What kind of projects do you take on?
